broken door handle unsecure room
The staff was friendly, exactly what I needed.
The room door handle FELL off. Room service left the door open. My possessions were unsecure all day.

helpful staff continental breakfast loose holder missing rail
lottie at the bar provided great service! she was friendly and helpful. the continental breakfast in the morning was a nice addition to my stay.
The toilet roll holder was very loose. It did not hold the toilet roll well. i noticed there was no grab rail in the shower to hold onto, something i needed because of balance problems.

the room was clean i found plenty of supplementary tea coffee and milk. the staff were friendly and polite. the food offered good value and tasted homemade.
the room i stayed in was a little cold and did not seem well insulated

accessible location friendly staff convenient parking old bathroom dated room no air conditioning
the location was easily accessible. i found the staff helpful and friendly. the parking was conveniently located right outside the room.
the bathroom looked old. the room also seemed dated. there was no air conditioning and it became very hot at night.
