The toilet roll holder was very loose. It did not hold the toilet roll well. i noticed there was no grab rail in the shower to hold onto, something i needed because of balance problems.

the staff provided friendly service. the on-site pub offered a great dining experience, and the drinks selection was extensive. the room included new towels, and staff changed them every day (a nice touch!). i found easy access to subtitles on the tv, which i appreciated.

the toilet roll holder in the bathroom was a little loose.
